Came at about 5PM. At about 535pm she was finished. She replaced my ice maker on the refrigerator. She told me that in the morning I would have ice. I started having ice about 615pm after she left. All I can say is AMAZING!!! And yes I would refer Riva’s Appliance to any one!!!
The technician was literally a pro. He knew and understood all the appliance systems and how to repair them. He had all the right tools and specialty tools. He arrived with all the correct parts that would be needed to complete the repairs. He was very personable and communicated well. Not a lot of these guys around these days.
